We present our clients with an understanding of the context, what the donor wants, the competitive environment, and clear win themes and strategy, all supported with detailed reports. When the RFP or RFA drops, our clients are ready!
Proposal Writing
We use our 25+ years of experience and creativity in proposal writing to bring results to our clients. We provide services and support through all phases of proposal development. We work closely with our clients to develop winning proposals.
Following our capture plan and win strategy, we brainstorm and craft win themes. Our firm integrates win themes throughout the proposal and makes sure that each proposal responds clearly to all evaluation criteria. We organize and coordinate the proposal pieces, and write and edit the proposal sections. We assist with recruitment and bio and resume writing to ensure that the proposal team has top-notch, thoroughly vetted key personnel. And we offer clients a thorough budget review. We are there to assist and guide our clients through proposal submission and post-submission lessons learned discussions.

We work with our clients to produce a well-crafted portfolio of corporate capability statements, success stories and case studies that highlight their unique experience. Within proposal management, we provide proposal writers, technical writers, and integrating writers. Proposal writers are experienced in writing proposals, but they often compile information from technical experts to finalize the technical approach. And an integrating writer? An integrating writer works closely with the technical lead and technical team to craft the proposal. She ensures all the sections are complete and responsive to the evaluation criteria. She works to ensure the proposal themes are sharp, innovative, and consistent, good practices are being used, and the language is clear and in the active voice. She works with the entire technical team to identify gaps in the proposal drafts. The final result is a clear and responsive proposal that answers the evaluation criteria in a transparent manner.
