“It’s Really Difficult Dealing with People during COVID!”

Dina Towbin shares tips on managing the client-consultant experience

As we are learning, it’s very difficult dealing with people during COVID, from co-workers to clients. Everyone is stressed and trying to adjust to the “new normal.”

To address this issue, I was happy to be on a panel of entrepreneurs discussing “Building Virtual Skills for the ‘New Normal’ in Consulting” on September 9th, 2020. I shared my experience developing systems to better manage the client-consultant relationship. In the panel, hosted by International Consultants for a Better World (ICBW), I discussed the importance of setting benchmarks, deliverables, and timelines with clients during this often-frenetic time.
