Strategic Planning for an International Leadership Program
After a winning a slew of International Visitor Leadership Program grants from the US Department of State with our technical assistance, our client was asked to bring a “fresh approach” to its proposals. We had helped to craft their winning proposals, by designing a convincing formula that highlighted the organization’s strengths. As a result, the client requested our expertise to come up with a fresh look.
We sat down together one morning to brainstorm ideas. We focused on what made their organization unique and different from the competition. After a few hours of discussion, success! We determined the qualities and experience that made their organization stand out from the crowd. The strategic planning exercise energized our client. With this information, we were able to draft a revised approach to grant implementation and the client continued its winning track record.
